The opportunity

You’re a Revit Modeller who knows your way around projects, but you’re probably looking for more than just being handed markups and told to “draw this.”

Here, you’ll sit alongside experienced engineers, attend coordination meetings, and actually understand why things are being designed the way they are, which means you’ll develop faster, contribute more, and feel like part of the project team rather than just support.

And because the templates, standards, and families are already built and working well, you won’t be stuck reinventing the wheel. You’ll be trusted to get on with it.

What you’ll be working on? (and why it’s interesting)

You’ll be involved in a wide range of structural projects across:

• Industrial (high-bay warehouses, logistics facilities)
• Commercial and retail
• Data centres and infrastructure
• Car parks, high-rise, and solar

It’s not one-dimensional work. You’ll build experience across multiple sectors, which means your portfolio actually grows.

Day-to-day, you’ll:

• Produce and manage Revit models aligned with established standards
• Attend coordination meetings and work closely with engineers
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Contribute to the delivery of practical, buildable design solutions

Who you’ll be joining?

You’ll be part of a well-established structural engineering consultancy that’s been operating since the early 1970s.

They’ve delivered over 1,000,000m² of structural design, working with builders, developers, architects, and asset owners across Sydney and beyond.

What you’ll need?

• Minium 3+ years’ experience as a Revit Modeller (structural preferred)
• Confidence working within established Revit standards and systems
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with engineers
• Local Australian experience (essential)
